FNB DOESN'T HELP A PERSON AT ALL WORST BANK!!

I have been waiting for an forex payment for 5 days!! Now I must log enquiry that will take 48 hours just to be processed!!! I have NEVER had such bad service in my life!!!! When you ask to speak to a team leader, the consultant just put you on hold for more than 5 min to tell you sorry he can't take your call, he will have to phone you back.

I will be closing my account with FNB due to this!!!!
