Fnb ***** doesnt help

More than 2 weeks back, funds were ****** from my account. The saturday i was *****ed, i received an sms late on sunday querying the strange activity. I logged a case. To this day i get no feedback. I cant get through on the ***** line and secure chat keeps cutting me off. The service and speed, efficiency from fnb is shocking. There is no client comes first attitude.
