FNB doesn’t give a e****

How can you halve the ebucks level points for music and entertainment subscriptions and then say one can earn “double points” when they pay for these subscriptions with their Virtual Card - all the while that is impossible without the payment bouncing every month due to the changing CVV number on the card?! Now every month my subscriptions must suspend and interrupt my service so I can go and update the CVV number (as I have been advised by the eBucks team?!?!?!)

How on earth does that enhance my customer experience? Which ****hole there came up with this useless idea?!
