FNB doesnt do its job

FNB failed to properly check the complex before they approve my home loan. The property have defects. I complained to FNB and they sent a valuator for the second time to investigate my complaint and the valuator gave a report that points out the fact about the matter. Despite this report, FNB is distancing itself from the problem and they advice me to sell the property. Why do I have to take all the responsibility when things could have been prevented had they done a proper job from the beginning???

So the "spokesperson" of fnb (Zipps Swanepoel) told me that fnb can't help me and that the valuator never said everything was fine with the property. I asked then why didn't they say anything to me if not everything was fine and she couldn't answer me. She said the only thing FNB can do is send me a formal email acknowledging my complaint. What the hell??? She also said I should sell the house after I told her that no one will buy that property in a state it looks like now. At this point I question if their valuator even do their job. Looks like they only wanted one more home loan fool to give them money.
