FNB Doesn't Close My Account As Per Request

I have tried to close my FNB with Private Wealth for almost 3 months.

My banker and his assistant do not respond to my emails.

Every month my banking fee is going off as per normal.

FNB is a useless bank.

Investec is probably the best bank in the world.
