FNB doesn't care. Poor service

Since the lock down I have been asking FNB to STOP putting debit orders throw on my account I have been retrenched and they don't care they keep letting debit orders pass and then bounce and I am the one having to pay unpaid debit orders I have been at the branch 3 times to stop it they tell me to do it on the app the app and messenger on the app doesn't allow me to as soon as my UIF came in FNB took almost half of It just for bank charges and no one cares to stop the debit orders for me.
