FNB DOESNT CARE NOR HELP

Good day

I am not happy at all, I have an Easy Zero account which apparently has reached its limit, I however cannot access the funds, I have an been to 2 different branches as I need to access these funds I am told I cannot change or upgrade the account I am currently in the branch with a consultant names Gugu who advised that the account cannot however be upgraded due to a pending amount, I have no funds I need fuel momey and to buy personal basics but I am not getting any help all I want is to access my funds and thats that why cann I not transfer to any other account if it says my transfer limit is unlimited?
