FNB doesn't care nor does it help it's customers contary to it's slogan.
I wish to make a complaint against FNB, since falling victim to a ******* earlier this year I've had nothing but issues from FNB.
The money I borrowed, I was conned into doing so by a person who I believed was only loaning it temporarily. Unfortunately I found out it was a **** advised the ***** department whose absolutely lackluster performance caused me to slip further and further into debt.
Due to the reaction of a believed world wide pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns in South Africa the business I work for has had to reduce my working hours and thus I earn a third of my original salary. I've been harassed by debt collectors, even tho I have agreed to pay as much as I'm currently able.
This whole experience has show me as a loyal customer who was never ever in debt before becoming a victim to this *******, that FNB cares nothing about the circumstances that have been forced upon people due to the lockdowns which have severely impacted my ability to earn a living. I can barely afford now to buy my weekly groceries and now I see that I've been handed over to some legal department despite the fact that I paid as per the agreement on my credit card.
