FNB doesn't care

Received terrible service at the Grove Branch of FNB and went onto their website to lodge a request in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act but they made it almost impossible for one to find the manual as required by law.

FNB is a uncaring, money-grabbing and selfish institution, which ahs carried over to it's employees!
