FNB doesn't care AT ALL

Fnb only cares about themselves once again. I had enough money in my account for a very important debit order to be paid. Instead fnb makes it unpaid, causing me to pay them R115 instead and this will also affect my credit score for the next 6 months. Wow FNB and this comes just 2 days after your consultant Nomhle Ngobeni called me to calm me down after the last review. Nothing has changed.
