FNB doesn't care about us customers.
I have been requesting FNB to assist me with the way of paying back the revolving credit loan and the request to pay back the overdraft in lesser instalments every month since ive stated that I have financial problems.
The only thing FNB is responding on is the revolving loan request whereby they say I can't cancel the account I have to settle the revolving loan first. What about my plea to pay lesser instalments every month for the overdraft?
