FNb doesn't care about us

Tjoo I dont know what is happening with fnb . thier level of communication is very low. I app**** for a loan and it was approved and they did a debicheck and I approved it. as the days go now I called to find out about the funds will be available and I was told that it was canceled like that the last loans mandate that I finished paying is still on and the one that was unsuccessful is also on, I'm really confused with this

I trust FNB with my money but their negligence is going up day by day
