FNB doesn't care about their customers

Hi, in 2019 I sent money to my ewallet since I didn't have my card with me, only to find that my ewallet balance is on minus, it was -R1500 and I went to the branch and they phoned ewallet department and I was told that it's a system error they will fix it within 48 hours. I waited a week nothing happened, after a week my personal account was on minus (-R3000) I called FNB and they said i received R3000 twice and it was system correcting the transaction, I never received such money even on my statement is not there, they gave me a reference no and promised to investigate. Every time when I call I find new person and I have to explain my story of ewallet being on minus and my account also being on minus, and all of these people promise to come back to me, it's been a year but still today my balances are on a negative side and no one is addressing it. I sent an email to ombuts man and they said I must send an email to Fnb complaint, I sent an email this year with the reference but no reply. I don't know what to do I can't use my account or my ewallet.

Reviewer Update
On the 7th of October 2020 I wrote about how FNB took money from my ewallet and my account then I received an SMS saying that my problem will be sorted within 48 hours. It's been more than 3 weeks nothing has happened, maybe I need to be a millionaire in order to get their attention, this is the worst bank ever i dnt know why its wvn6 called First National Bank, they do care about their customers all they know is to send us SMSs to remind me that my account is on negative. I guess I just have to forget about this issue and move on. You can delete my profile from your database and don't even try to send me that SMS of resolving the matter within 24 or 48 hour... we all know it's one of your ****s.
