FNB doesn’t care about their clients

My business bank account been frozen since the 1st of December 2023. I have been calling the bank ever since as well the investigative officer , Mpoipone Gumbi but have not received any kind of communication or response to date. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating as I am a business owner and operations have been compromised ever since
