FNB doesn't care about customers unless they have Private Wealth money

Still no call back re:homeloan application, for future use funds which are apparently supposed to be approved already.

How long is one supposed to wait? When told it was "escalated to management" and that I could get a call "the same day"? It's now been 4 days - I don't think FNB gives a rat's ass about any of their customers, honestly. Unless you have Private Wealth money, you are just a number in the queue, you're going to wait months for actual service.
