FNB doesn't care about clients.

You would think being a private wealth client and paying all the charges that comes with it will get you good (not even dreaming of best) service from FNB. The private bankers are never available for a conversation. You write 20 emails and get a very snappy response to one when and if they decide to respond to you. I have been trying to get vehicle finance since Thursday last week. I was given an initial turn around time of Friday and nothing, then promised Sat/Mon...nothing. I was then promised Tuesday....still nothing. I have been given a new turn around time of Wednesday. Meanwhile, the vehicle i was applying for has been sold. I got a new quote and sent in on Friday. Now the second vehicle is on the verge of being sold and still not one at FNB has validated or denied my application. I have called the vehicle finance line so many times and told the people in charge are either busy on the phone and will call me back or they are not available. Until now, no one has called. My bankers (two of them) who were supposed to be on top of this are not paying attention of responding either. This is absolutely frustrating. I have to take the advise i have been given to switch banks. FNB has too may rich clients to care, even their "Private Wealth Suite" wouldn't make you any more important to them. They only care about bank charges.
