FNB doesn't CARE!!

They don't care about their customers finances they only care about the money they make. I put in a transaction ***** case and it took 3 months to even be finalized and all they had to say was sorry we can't do anything about it, it is your own fault. They say the transaction was made from my digital wallet, but I would have remember if I would have paid such a big amount of money, but I didn't nobody has access to my cards only my fiance and he always tells me if he used my cards so I know that wasn't him. I am still a student at University I can't loose R1113. Like I said FNB doesn't care.
