FNB doesnt accept emailed proof of address...moving on

Which bank claims to be the most innovative in South Africa? I take it back i am appauled by the run around i am getting from you regarding proof of address. I have been banking with you for 7+ years...my car is under wesbank and bond under fnb. Yet my proof of address is the reason you are threatening to freeze my account. Simply cause u wont accept your own statements or that of discovery med aid. All other accounts are emailed to my gmail which i printed out for your refeence and you blatantly wont accept those either and that was from my life insurer so i am fuelled with anger now wondering what to do my card expires month end....so what do you want from me? I just want my debit card renewed TODAY and i refuse to go in to a branch as i have already given you proof of address. I am actually being adviced to drop you guys and move on. standard bank and nedbank both accept email proof of address. If you dont respond in the next few days that is exactly what will be happening. I will withdraw all my funds short of this months debits and find a new service provider. Thanks for the run around..... unbelievable Tired and irrate customer.
