FNB doesn't want to refund MY MONEY

HI've got a FNB account and beginning off the month I tried to draw out money from a Mini ATM at a Spar. After I have selected the amount I wanted to withdraw it gave me a recite stating \There is no active pin for this wallet"So I didn't receive the money but it has been taken out off my account. Now fnb tells me they cannot give back MY money as that recite means nothing and it shows I've taken out the money. When I posted this on FNB wall they removed it. Please share guys. This is unexceptable. I would not recommend FNB bank to anyone. There is plenty more better banks out there."""
