FNB doesn't want new business??

<p>I have wanted to change from ABSA to FNB on three different occasions over the last year, and whilst this should seem to be a easy task, it is not!</p> <p>I do not have the time to go into the bank and FNB so widely advertises that they will do everything for you! Well, FNB you have, on three occasions, failed to contact me! Clearly you don't want new business! If you cannot get back to new clients, I wonder how you'd do with other queries. Really disappointing!</p>
