FNB doesn't want GOOD CUSTOMERS

I was recently informed via text message that the credit limit on my FNB Gold Credit card has been reduced from 97 000 to 16 000, without any good reason. I phoned the call center to try and understand what the reason for this was. What a waste of time, 30 min and 7 consultants later I demanded to speak to the supervisor who was just as useless in providing me with an acceptable response. When I asked the supervisor to please explain why my credit limit has been reduced he simply stated that it was due to FNB's new campaign which tries to forecast who will be in financial difficulties in the years to come.

What a joke, I have been a loyal customer with FNB for more than 9 years. During this time I have almost always paid the full outstanding monthly amount owed on my credit card, opposed to just paying the min balance due. I have never forfeited payment at all. I have financed 5 vehicles with FNB and have even made additional monthly payments in order to settle debt quicker. My credit score, as noted with trans union, is a 1. *** FNB???

Its clear that FNB is on a drive to revoke business from creditable clients. ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank here I come!!! The hell with FNB.
