FNB doesn't respond to queries

I made a complaint here on hellopeter last week (http://hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/complaints/fnb-*****-department-helping-*********-succeed-***) and within minutes FNB responded: <br> \Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. <br> <br> A formal complaint has been logged on your behalf and referred to the relevant department who will provide you with feedback.<br> <br> The reference number is 865398.\"<br> <br> It is now over a week later and I haven't heard a thing from them since.
