FNB DOESN'T CARE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS

The manner in which you treat your customers is regrettable and shocking. Last month, I submitted a form to prevent Momentum Health from debiting my account due to a dispute with the company, but FNB has gone ahead and allowed a debit on my account despite my request as their customer. My form clearly stipulated that Momentum Health has no right to debit my account, but FNB has ignored my plea. Is this how your treat customers? I'm definitely moving my account elsewhere with immediate effect. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BANK with a Premier Banker that has never been available even once to assist me!!!!!
