FNB does not want you to get out of debt
29 October I submitted instruction for prepaid funds to be capitalised. Pearl Jacob's was assigned to the case.
She called and told me this would be done in 5 days.
8 November she calls again pretending she never called before and says it will take 5 days. I told her this should have been done already, she then changes her story and says it cannot be done on the account. This is ******* as I have capitalised numerous times on this account.
Fnb proceeded to close my request without resolution. I escalated through my banker and his assistant more than once, still not resolved.
