FNB does not want to replace my bank cards after an upgrade from Gold to Platinum account
I recently upgraded my FNB business account from Gold to Platinum and when I enquired about my new upgraded bank cards, I was told it is not possible to issue new cards as I already have the maximum number of cards issued. This is ridiculous as I should have been sent new Platinum cards the moment I was upgraded. Now I am paying higher bank fees but have no access to the upgraded facilities, eg slow lounge access, etc. I cannot believe that FNB is charging me for an upgrade without replacing my bank cards.

11 Nov 2019, 08:58I received a call from FNB but the consultant could not hear me speak and put the phone down after 2 seconds. There is nothing wrong with my phone or the network and the consultant did not bother to call back. I tried calling back on the number but was directed to a general call centre and they could not assist.
