FNB DOES NOT WANT TO REMOVE HANDED OVER FROM MY CREDIT BUREAU

I took a temporary loan ACCOUNT NUMBER(***) with FNB last year and paid it off in November 2022 and they listed it on my bureau report and when I call them to remove it because i want to take a bond they say they will never do it they'll do it in their own time and i laid a complaint reference *** and another complaint reference *** with them they ignoring my complaints can someone please help me i need to apply for a bond please
