FNB does not want to pay my refund!!

I am still waiting for my refund of an over payment on my credit card. This was supposedly requested on 20 Dec '23 already. No feedback or assistance from anyone as I'm just being transferred the whole time. Numerous emails were sent to Sydwell Khumalo with no response. I requested for a manager to phone me, again no response! So how long will it take for the refund to be processed if ever? So who will get the interest on my money??
