Fnb does not want to offer me cash flow relief during Covid-19!

Fnb does not want to offer me cash flow relief during Covid-19 due to my personal loan accounts being in arrears with R400 on my personal loan and R405 on my revolving loan (due to the fact that I am not earning a salary during lockdown). I phoned prior, I emailed, I phoned, I sent documents. I app**** on the App and they simply don't care. How should I pay if I am in lockdown and not earning money??? FNB WORST BANK EVER!
