FNB does not want to help you

For the last year, every time I needed to deal with FNB I shuddered. And this at a time when I needed them the most, they make things difficult. I was asked by a consultant to go to a branch to close an account. I went to Ferndale on Republic and received the most ********** treatment from teller to Manager.
