FNB does not want to help you
To say I'm disappointed by FNB is an understatement. When covid hit I could not pay for my credit cards and loans as I used to as I had just left my job to pursue a catering business. I would call FNB every month begging and pleading for a payment arrangement and every time the consultant would tell me to pay what I can but I should know that FNB is expecting their full payment. Fast forward a few months later the account was handed over and I've made payment arrangements with that company. A few weeks ago I got a call from Norman bisset attorney's saying I owe FNB R7000 and when I asked for details they said I should go to the branch. I went to the branch and I was told it's on my Cheque account, firstly I haven't used that account in ages, secondly how does it get to that amount. The worst thing is that the consultant told me that maybe I had an overdraft, which I certainly did not have. I left the branch with no clear answers. I need someone from FNB to call me and tell me where the 7000 comes from and I found it quite bizarre how there was no phone call or email on this!! FNB is the absolute worst, zero care for their customers
