Fnb does not want to give me a Pin !

Fnb sent me an envelope with a faulty pin inside, when I call their call centre I am told by their consultant that I am not a 1st client to receive such a poor service, then I am told to go to the branch to catch Corona virus, just for a petrol card pin............never! I rather be stay at home without a petrol card pin, why a bank give faulty pin to customers intentionally? This is a setback !
