FNB does not want to assist with problem
From last week I contact FNB REGARDING MY RESOLVING LOAN. AS IT IS BLOCK.Friday they inform me it is been sent to admin for handeling ALL MY ACCOUNTS IS UP TO DATE PAID. YESTERDAY I PHONE THEM TO ASK TO ASSIST WITH THE PROBLEM. THEY INFORM ME WITHIN 24 HOURS THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. TO MY SURPRISE THIS MORNING. NOTHING HAVE CHANGE AS I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AD I WANT TO USE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR SCHOOL FEES

They insure me they will rectified the problem still today nothing happend
