Fnb does not want to assist
I contact fnb a lot of times to apply for a home loan term review. I COMPLETE THE FOR MS AND EVERY TIME I CONTACT THEM THEY DID NOT RECEIVED IT OR THEY SEND ME THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN TO COMPLETE.
If they do not want to assist I can take my businesses to another institution as I am sure they would assist.as I have my homeloan nearly 14 years with fnb as this attitude is disturbing
