FNB DOES NOT WANT TO ADDIST ME

I mistakenly transfer R5500 money wrongly from my cheque account to my resolving loan.I did want to transfer to my credit card to swipe to earn ebucks but mistakenly transfer to my resolving loan.When I realized I made a mistake but when I want to transfer it back it was not available .I called FNB for ask if they could transfer it back but they said it will be a problem.I really need this money as I have to buy food and pay other bills
