FNB does not want new business

FNB clearly does not want new business.

I have been trying for months to get information on opening a savings/investment account for my niece and nobody can tell me what the requirements are. I’ve called, emailed, used secure chat, sent a message on Facebook messenger and still I don’t have the information I need to open an account.

That’s fine, I’ll go to Standard Bank, since they provide better customer service.
