FNB does not want me to take my money they have even blocked my ewallet

FNB is refusing to release my ewallet funds. I received funds In August 2019 now we are in November 2020 I have not received my money they toss me around asking me to call their agents whom when I call refer me to other people who again redirect me. I ended up speaking with sum1 who tried to help by saying I shud speak with the supervisor and guess what each time I asked to speak to the supervisor the consultant either hang up on me or put the phone on hold for more than 30mins. I really need that money FNB please release my money
