Fnb does not value there clients

Being a longstanding client with FNB means nothing. The ATM recently took my card and after several calls to fnb to order a card still nothing has been done.Each time I call they say the card did not generate. Yesterday I spoke to a lady she said the card was going to be delivered today. After waiting the entire day for the courier company I was now made aware that the card is still not ordered and did not generate. It's now been more than 14 days and my money is now tied in my card and they do not give a rats ass . Today a new card has been order and I refused to wait another 3 to 5 working days. I have never had this issue before with Fnb but I guess the service level has dropped and they do not value there clients. Bottom line I want my card immediately and will not wait any longer.
