FNB does not update your status ITC when Temo loan has been paid up

FNB does not update paid up Loans on Credit Reports I took a temporary loan with FNB in March 2020 he loan was paid back with the respective time however the loan ended up on my credit report. It reflects that I still owe FNB and the loan is still active on my credit report. The status of this loan has never been updated from FNB side and still shows active. A paid up letter is needed to resolve this matter. Fnb phoned me on 12 October 2020 and promised to resolve this matter in 10 days today 22 October its 10 days and still it has NOT been resolved. Very Poor Service from FNB. No proof of paid up letter received.
