FNB does not update their loans!

This is the 5th time this year that i am making the same complaint and has not been dealt with i call FNB numerous times and i get cut of by consultants/agents. I took a temp loan with FNB on the 5th of august 2019 and it has not been cancelled yet i have paid the loan. Please can this be dealt with asap!!!!!!! This is fraustrating and i hate having this on my name. Please give me a call preferably in the next 2 days because i am working nightshift. I need this dealt with before i go to ECR.
