FNB does not update important credit information

In November 2019 I had taken a temp loan. It was paid off the next month. However it still shows on my credit reports as an open current account. I have phoned the loan department twice I also emailed. I cannot obtain a paid up letter, neither are the credit bureaus notified to date. This is bringing my affordability down and I cannot access credit. It has been almost a year and still hasn't been sorted. How difficult can this possibly be for FNB to provide correct and updated info to credit bureaus???
