FNB does not treat customers fairly

I had an FNB Easy Zero account that had no monthly fee. Fnb strategically converted this account to an Easy account so that they could charge me a monthly fee. I don’t use this account so it goes overdrawn by a few rands and guess what? All of a sudden, I’m disqualified from earning Ebucks as my accounts are not in good standing.

How is this treating customers fairly? This was clearly a well thought idea from the start. Great job FNB!

I will be canceling all my fnb life cover policies as this kind of deceit will be evident in the future when a claim arises.
