FNB does not to consider the life of people. Please train your staff!!

Simply outrageous service from their credit card division. I am a long term client with an excellent track record. They failed to run a debit order and blocked my credit card,although I made a repayment. I was critical with COVID 19 Pneumonia and advised the consultant that I needed critical meds but they stated that the unblocking only can be done on Monday,as they don't work on a Saturday. FNB IS UNCARING AND SELFISH!!! Where is humanity gone to?
