FNB DOES NOT SECURE MY MONEY

I am having a problem with this bank and poor service of protecting my money, I had stopped an unauthorized debit order with them, they only stopped it for 1 month thereafter they said they cannot stop it, I have been searching for offices of the place deducting the money and don't find them, I sent them an email and they are not honest as they said they will stop it and refund my money, the company name is Finwell I think it's a debt review place, but still they deduct, how can fnb allow this to happen after I have reported to them to stop transaction from this place, we bank trusting that our money is secure with bank yet they side with 3rd parties to continue deduction even if we stopped it. The sad part is I can't even pay my kids school fees because this money is gone and fnb don't even reverse it.

It is the second time I am reporting to this platform, I am crying out for help,I don't earn much,I cannot even take care of my kids needs.

If the bank I trusted can't secure my money what must I do
