FNB DOES NOT RESPOND TO ***** REPORT

Yesterday I tried to contact FNB ***** line more than without any success. You are put on hold and that's where it stays. No response from FNB.

After not getting any response from FNB I sent an email to FNB to report *****. I receiveived an return email stating that an "EXPERIENCED AGENT" will contact me soon.

24 hours later an NO assistance received from FNB.

FNB service is absolutely pathetic.
