FNB does not respect USER SET Limits for transfers
FNB does not respect user set limit regarding transfers, first attempt failed, so I checked my limit. And it was right. So when I tried again, FNB again rejected my transfer attempt between my own accounts. They refuse to send me OTP codes, they refuse to reauthenticate my browsers on my computers that I trust. And now they are interfering in basic banking transactions

29 Nov 2024, 13:38All your security checks that you force on me, telling me that if the browser is changed or updated, any computer updates that I get, even the fact if my ip address change (which happens every time you disconnect and reconnect if the internet router is using Vodacom for example). It is completely ruining my banking experience to the point where it is no longer a pleasure to do ANY form of banking on the FNB website anymore. And you are to this day still trying to force me on to the FNB app. If I cannot even do any basic transacions safely and without any undue burdun forced onto me, how am I supposed to trust an app that tracks even more information from me, to the point it will not allow me access if I do not give it precice GEO LOCATION via GPS! Enough is enough.
