FNB does not reply to reasonable request from clients

I settled my credit card and all I want is a letter to say it is paid up, or proof of payment on a FNB letterhead. I am in the process of making a big purchase and require this letter. I requested it 2 weeks ago and it was apparently logged as an urgent but nothing was done. I have spent my time and money trying to contact FNB and every time I can get sent to a new person and everyone quotes me 14 days or 3 to 5 days. I am now on the phone for over 30 min and still it seems FNB is unable to assist. What kind of service is this, definitely not a customer focused culture.

At the time I requested the credit card cancelation I asked the my petrol card be closed as well. It was fully paid at the time. My credit card was canceled and I assumed the petrol card would follow but I see that fnb has deducted the normal monthly fee which I believe should not have been done as I requested the cancelation a while back. I contacted fnb via the app chat and the consultant could not care less about what I was telling her. I refuse to pay r50 and want the account closed. I cannot believe this is happening to me again with fnb for the 2nd time
