FNB Does Not Put Customers First – Fails to Stop Unauthorised Debit Orders

I am extremely disappointed with FNB’s handling of unauthorised debit orders. Despite multiple requests to cancel or suspend a debit order from an unregistered and dishonest company, FNB continues to allow the debits to go through.

FNB’s system clearly fails to protect customers from *****ulent or unauthorised transactions.

As a customer, I expect my bank to prioritise my financial security and act swiftly when I report ***** or unauthorised debits. Instead, I am left vulnerable while FNB repeats the same scripted response without resolving the issue.

FNB needs to take accountability and implement stronger measures to protect customers from ********* service providers.
