FNB does not provide client service

1 star is too much.

I have not been able to get a hold of my private bankers Lulama Manzini and Grant Wray for months, my calls are unanswered, my messages are not responded to, my emails are ignored. The 24/7 suite is beyond pathetic, I only manage to get past my authentication via my app and then my call is dropped no matter how many times I call.
