FNB does not practise what they preach big time

i registered for debt review in 2009 upon realising that its not working i then cancelled and make arrangments to make payements with my suppliers and which i did and my accounts have been paid up. In Feb i visited the woodmead branch i was told my profile still has the debt review status i must contact my banker to assist me to remove that. i did and a lady ended up telling me my profile woudl have to be moved to premium banking. i was helped by a wonderful lady Molekoa, Refilwe (Premier Banking) whom has reached the cealing at the moment becasue she just cant assistance to get my profile to be removed a status x meaning maybe i am still on review. they said wheni apply for anything it woudl have to be recommended but the way i see things nothing can be done for me. FNB is preaching lies that they can do anyting for their customers. i have given proof and more than that but i still dont get the joy or the benefits of being a premium banker. i must just shop around to see which other bank does thier thing better becasue when it comes to FNB it seems like they do things for specific people but ordinary customers cant be helped. i more than dissapointed and disgusted... in fn
