FNB does not obey the NCR law

I was removed from Debt review on the 30-03-2016. My 17.w form was sent to ITC and FNB 22-04-2016. FNB then asked for my transfer form, that was sent on the 12-05-2016. I contacted FNB on the 20-05-2016 and I was told that they will only remove me from Debt review, when they receive the court order.

The 17.w file is given after the court order has been approved. All the other banks and ITC accepted the 17.w form, as this is the process according to NCR Law.

So please tell me why FNB does not want to help me? I have been a loyal client, but if this is going to continue, I will close all my accounts and look for a bank that helps their clients.

I am still under Debt Review by FNB ONLY. But at least now, Cherelle Smith explained how FNB works.
